Justin Thomas

I am a passionate and self-directed learner who thrives when faced with problems that require learning and applying new skills. I am always looking for ways to utilize and build my technical skills, while supporting colleagues in doing their work in the most effective and rewarding ways possible. My formal education is in business administration and the social sciences, and I have worked in data analytics for the State of Missouri since completing my doctoral degree program in 2014. I have experience working with a wide variety of administrative and research data, growing an analytics team in a large agency, and providing information and analytics for decision making. I am a certified data management professional and scrum master with an array of technical skills, including web design, data base administration, data visualization, and machine learning.
